2. Operator and mission data

Mission submissions, referrals, and review outcomes may be retained for up to 36 months after the last related activity to support program integrity, audits, and dispute resolution. Aggregated or de-identified metrics may be retained longer.

3. Usage and security logs

Security logs and access records are generally retained for 12-24 months to detect abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and meet compliance obligations. Short-lived operational logs may be retained for 30-90 days for stability and debugging.

4. Communications

Support tickets and customer communications are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Unsubscribe preferences may be retained indefinitely to respect opt-out choices.

5. Legal and regulatory obligations

Some records must be retained for longer periods where required by law, tax, or regulatory obligations. When legal retention applies, we restrict access and store the data securely.
