Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Club V Crew Hub, the Creative Command Centre (C3), faction spaces, operator tools, missions, leaderboards, commerce pilots, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Club V Crew ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Operator Program, missions, and referrals

The Operator Program offers optional missions, referrals, and rank progression. Participation is voluntary and subject to eligibility, verification, and safety checks. Mission outcomes may require review before points or rewards are granted.

• Operators must follow mission instructions, submission deadlines, and community safety standards.
• Misrepresentation, fraud, or exploitation of referrals may result in suspension or forfeiture of rewards.
• Operator status does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
• We may revise mission criteria, ranks, or referral rules with notice.

3. Unity Points, ranks, and leaderboards

Unity Points, ranks, badges, and leaderboards are promotional features. Unless expressly stated in a separate rewards policy, they have no cash value and are not property or transferable.

• Points and ranks may be adjusted, reset, or revoked for integrity, abuse prevention, or program changes.
• Leaderboards may be delayed or unavailable, and standings are provided "as is".
• Redemption rules, if any, are defined in the Rewards Policy.

4. Community standards and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Services, including automation or mission systems.
• Submit false mission evidence, misuse referral codes, or manipulate leaderboards.
• Upload or share content that infringes third-party rights or violates law.

5. User content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content to operate and improve the Services. If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including characters, graphics, software, and branding, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted, no other rights are transferred to you.

7. Commerce pilots and third-party services

Commerce pilots may link to Shopify storefronts or other third-party services. Your purchases and interactions are governed by those third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.

8. Beta features and changes

Certain features may be labeled beta, preview, or pilot. They may change or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms periodically and will post the revised date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Automated tools and AI assistance

We use automated tools, including OpenAI models, to support internal workflows such as summarizing knowledge windows, generating embeddings for search, and quality checks on copy. These systems may process limited content you submit to operate the Services. They do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, or compromise system integrity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in Melbourne, Victoria, subject to the process described in the Dispute Resolution Policy.
