This Privacy Policy explains how Club V Crew ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use Club V Crew services (the "Services"). Club V Crew is the business name and data controller for the Services. This policy applies to the Hub, C3 Mission Board, faction sites, operator tools, and commerce pilots. • Account data: name, email address, login identifiers, faction selection, and profile settings.
• Operator data: application responses, rank, referrals, mission claims, submissions, and review outcomes.
• Communications: support requests, feedback, and optional surveys.
• Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, leaderboards accessed, and feature flag activity.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and security logs.
• Commerce data: purchase or cart events routed through Shopify or other commerce partners.
• Content you submit: mission evidence, uploads, and community contributions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Please avoid submitting sensitive data unless explicitly requested for a mission.

2. Sources of information

• Directly from you when you create an account, apply as an operator, or submit content.
• Automatically from your device when you use the Services.
• From third-party platforms you connect, such as Shopify storefronts or payment providers.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and maintain the Services and operator workflows.
• Process mission claims, verify outcomes, and manage rank progression.
• Send operational messages, announcements, and important updates.
• Improve product performance, analytics, and safety monitoring.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, databases, analytics, email).
• Commerce partners such as Shopify for storefront and checkout experiences.
• Professional advisors and law enforcement where required by law.
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We may transfer information across borders. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses and implement appropriate safeguards.

10. Automated processing and AI

We use automated tools, including OpenAI models, to summarize knowledge windows, generate embeddings for search, and support copy quality checks. These tools may process limited content you submit to operate the Services. We do not use automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated date above and, when required, provide additional notice.
