Club V Crew uses vetted service providers to host infrastructure, send email, and support AI-assisted workflows. Each provider is bound by confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.

Vercel

Purpose: application hosting, edge delivery, and performance optimization.

Data categories: request logs, IP address, session metadata, diagnostics.

Processing locations: global regions based on user proximity and service configuration.

Supabase

Purpose: authentication, database, storage, and edge services.

Data categories: account data, mission records, usage logs, operational metadata.

Processing locations: region-based deployment; may include Australia, United States, or EU/UK.

Shopify

Purpose: commerce storefronts, checkout, and order processing.

Data categories: purchase details, cart events, and account identifiers.

Processing locations: Shopify regions and data centers based on storefront configuration.

Ably

Purpose: realtime messaging and presence for chat and mission updates.

Data categories: message metadata, presence state, and connection diagnostics.

Processing locations: global regions based on service configuration.

Resend

Purpose: transactional email delivery and deliverability monitoring.

Data categories: email address, message metadata, delivery status.

Processing locations: United States or other regions where Resend operates.

OpenAI

Purpose: knowledge summarization, embeddings for search, and copy QA.

Data categories: limited text content submitted for processing.

Processing locations: United States and other regions where OpenAI operates.

Sentry

Purpose: error monitoring and performance diagnostics (enabled when configured).

Data categories: error payloads, device diagnostics, and request metadata.

Processing locations: United States and other regions where Sentry operates.
