Rewards Policy

Unity Points, ranks, and badges are promotional features that reflect participation in missions and operator activity. They are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless explicitly stated in a written offer.
1. Eligibility and availability
- You must have an active account in good standing and comply with the Terms of Use.
- Eligibility may vary by mission, faction, or region and will be stated in mission briefs.
- We may pause, limit, or modify rewards to protect program integrity.
2. Earning Unity Points
- Points may be awarded for approved mission submissions, verified outcomes, or community actions.
- All awards are subject to validation, review, and anti-abuse checks.
- We may cap or throttle awards to protect system integrity or ensure fairness.
3. Redemptions and benefits
Certain pilots may allow points to unlock access, discounts, or early releases. Any redemption rules will be listed in the relevant mission or program brief. Benefits are subject to availability and may be limited by time, geography, or inventory. We may change or end redemptions at any time.
4. Expiration and inactivity
Unity Points may expire or be removed after extended inactivity or if a program is retired. If expiration is introduced, we will provide reasonable notice within the Services before it takes effect.
5. Adjustments and reversals
- We may adjust, revoke, or reverse points for fraud, errors, or policy violations.
- We may reset leaderboards or points during system upgrades or rule changes.
- We may pause points awards during investigations or compliance reviews.
6. Taxes and reporting
You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to rewards or benefits you receive. If we are required to collect tax information or issue reporting documents, we will notify you in advance.
7. No property rights
Unity Points and ranks do not constitute property, and you have no vested right in any balance or standing.
